Island) built by her great-grandfather, William Meekins in
the 1880’s who also built the landmark Wanchese Methodist
Church. Her family has been a part of the Outer Banks
community for hundreds of years. She prides herself in her
ability to quickly establish rapport with her clients
through communication, attention to detail and unending
enthusiasm. These attributes stem from her personality and
her ten years experience as a paralegal on the Outer Banks.

Greg resides in Hyde County in his hometown of Engelhard.
His family has been established in the area for hundreds of
years and he is part of the fourth generation that operates
the Gibbs family businesses that include a General
Merchandise Store, Farming Operations, Heavy Equipment and
Machine Hire, Wildlife Habitat Development and
Residential/Commercial Rentals. Greg serves on the Board of
Directors for The East Carolina Bank, an eastern North
Carolina institution that was born in and continues to be
headquartered in Engelhard. Greg’s knowledge of the area and
25 plus years of local business experience provides a solid
hands on foundation of knowledge necessary to assist people
interested in real estate sales and purchases.

Linda Jones

Linda C. Jones is a native
of Core Pointe, a small coastal fishing community along the
Pamlico River in Beaufort County. Linda’s strong work ethic
was instilled early by her family in Core Pointe, who like
most in the region, earned their livelihood through
commercial fishing and farming. Linda currently lives in
Manns Harbor and has worked in sales since arriving to the
Outer Banks in 1991. Her first hand knowledge as an Eastern
North Carolina local helps her assist others each day in
finding their dreams.
